Welcome to first grade! I am excited and eager to work with your child. I have many excited things planned this year. I have been teaching in the James A. Garfield school district for the past 20 years. This year, I have moved from 17 years of teaching kindergarten to first grade. My goal is to provide a positive learning enviroment that is supported   
by the the Ohio Academic State Standards.
