Portfolio Requirements 2nd Nine Weeks
Outside Art Experience (1 each 9 weeks) Write a 1 page summary of your experience
Expand your experiences in art by choosing from one of the following choices each 9 weeks:
1. Subscribe to a podcast on art. Search in the podcast directory from a website like www.itunes.com
2. Visit a museum, art gallery, artist's studio, or gallery hop. Pick up a brochure to include in your summary.
3. Watch the board for upcoming opportunities
4. Visit an arts and crafts store to see what materials are available to you as an artist. Save your receipt or pick up a sales circular from the store.

Art Club
  
We meet every Tuesday after school for about half an hour. Each year we brainstorm activities that interest us and try to make them happen. This year, we plan to focus on a Halloween sucker fundraiser, face-painting at games, the canned food drive and festival, a trip to Little Italy in Cleveland and some time making our own jewelry.
