Recently, Morgan Soltis, and 8th grader at GMS was selected by the Ohio Lottery as an Academic All Star. Morgan was nominated by her Algebra teacher, Miss Shafer. To be eligible for an Academic All Star Award, a student must demonstrate that he or she exceeds expectations in the following areas: academics, attitude, leadership, responsibility, school spirit, extracurricular activities, and community service.
