Each year James A. Garfield Middle School teachers have the difficult duty to choose one academic and one citizenship award to be given to deserving students. The Citizenship Awards recognize service, positive attitude, civic responsibility, and strength of character.
Eighth grade Literature teacher, Mr. Pfleger has chosen Zachary Dean for his academic award and Ryland Turner for his citizenship award. Congratulations Zachary and Ryland!
